The first of the wild garlic began to appear in south Devon in February and it’s still going strong. Our local spot grows curiously in a circle, as though the fairies did their garlic dance in the woods and left it there for a lucky passer by such as myself to pick it for their tea. We had it with spinach for a delicious spring soup. Mmmm yum yum…
